Cody Kubinak built Carolina EarthWerx with his wife Jade. Cody has over 16 years of experience operating equipment. Cody has owned tree services, diesel mechanic shops, and other businesses. Cody has a passion for working with landscapes and playing “Tonka” trucks as an adult! Cody is a United States Marine Corps Sergeant so professionalism, integrity, and quality of service are staples in his life!

Jade is the cofounder of Carolina EarthWerx and the lead financial officer! Jade takes care of the finances, and ensures all of the information in the business and scheduling is organized!

Trip is our oldest son, who is the chief fun-haver here at Carolina EarthWerx! Trip enjoys helping out and playing in the dirt and riding his dirtbike!

Luke, one of Cody’s brothers is a United States Marine Corps veteran who is one of our superintendents. Luke is a tree climber and our “go-to” arborist for tree projects. His attention to detail and quality of work will leave you speechless!
